Recently, our team at Help Around The House Handyman Services undertook a substantial Wood Rot Repair project on a historical residence in Webster. Due to the age of the property, there was an extensive amount of wood deterioration on the exterior. Our capable handymen successfully replaced all the rotted wood with long-lasting composite trim, enhancing the property’s integrity and curb appeal.
Furthermore, we installed painted composite bead board trim on the ceiling and updated the outdoor lighting with a new fixture. All in all, this project not only improved the aesthetic of the home, but also added significant value and increased longevity to the structure.
